Any prices shown on this website are starting points. Final scope, pricing and timelines are set out in a written quotation agreed between FOVE and the client. Services described on this website are subject to availability.

3. Payment and recurring fees

Once-off development fees are separate from recurring subscription and renewal fees such as hosting, domains and email. Payment terms are set out in the relevant quotation.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on full payment. FOVE retains the right to display non-confidential work as part of its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

FOVE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
